Counseling Services :
Our trained counselors provide individual, couple and family counseling. We use a variety of evidence-based therapies to help individuals with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief and loss, trauma, and more. We provide a warm and non-judgmental space to help you explore your thoughts and feelings and develop coping strategies to improve your mental health
Mannas also strives to provide a safe, supportive, and a friendly environment for CHILDREN where their emotional, behavioral, and social challenges can be addressed.
Our child counseling services are designed to help children and adolescents aged between 5-18, who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, ADHD, trauma, and other mental health concerns. We work closely with parents and guardians to create a personalized treatment plan that meets the unique needs of each child.
Our child therapists are trained professionals who have experience working with children and understand the developmental needs of each age group. They use a variety of evidence-based therapies, such as play therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and family therapy, to help children develop coping strategies and improve their overall mental health
